Events project code

Attached. Its a bit complicated, because client side is contained in windows service and it contains another RO server as well, to be called from UI.

I have tried everything, setting LegacyEvents to True/False, removing/adding RegisterEventClient etc etc....

The events just never get to client.

My RO version is mentioned in previous post.
